I'd like to re-iterate the 9am sharp thing. I will be your pace car for the day. I did pace duty for the 2007 and 2008 LAX Cruise. I will be doing this one. Here's the caravan ground rules. READ AND HEED THEM! I will also pre-brief you before the caravan starts on the rules, just in case you missed them here or forgot them during your trip to Walmart. 1) Decide right now if you are going to be driving like an asshole. If you plan to drive like an asshole, you will want to go ahead and leave 30 minutes after we do. I WILL NOT TOLERATE idiot behavior. 2) IF you decide to drive like an asshole DURING the caravan and you pass me, just keep going. I will NOT be letting you back into the pack. You WILL NOT jeopardize the safety of the caravan, nor will you cause us undue and unwanted attention. If your dumbass actions lead to anyone getting pulled over, I will rat your ****ing ass out in a heartbeat. I mean that, you can quote me, and when you get busted, you can yell out your window "screw you readymix, you jerkass, you told on me." Snitches get stitches...whatever. And if it is ME that gets pulled over because you can't behave yourself, and I can't get them to buy that it was you. You had best just head on home, because they will be adding assault to that police report when I get my hands on you at the meet site in LaCrosse. What I'm trying to say is, if you plan to drive stupid and "prove" how hot your car is to others, don't bother joining us, just meet us down there later. This is a CRUISE. With that said: Rule 3) The set speed limit for the route between Walmart, down 52, across 60, and until we leave Winona will NOT exceed 55 MPH! The reason being, A) again, we don't need any unnecessary or unwanted attention, and B) it helps to keep the caravan together. Rule 4) Keep radio chatter to a minimum. The radios are for coordination of the group. The last thing we want is for the group to end up split up or lost. If you want to jaw jack with your buddies, do it on your phones or via a different channel FRS. Rule 5) If you see the group pulled over...PULL OVER. There is likely a good reason for it. Don't race past the group. There may end up being other rules. But those are the big ones. Follow the rules, follow the pace car, and everything will go very very smoothly, I promise.

Any word/ideas on how video recording, rolling photo shots will be done...just in case someone wants to get ahead of the caravan in order to capture the caravan driveby at certain spots?
dont know but i kinda wanted to go up and down the group getting some pics can some nice vid the new go pro (moving for pics and vid, not driving like an asshat)

There's no f'n way in hell we're going to make in the time. I neglected to factor in the 2.5+ weeks additional required to get a wife and child out the door with any semblence of maintaining a schedule. Are you taking 52 straight down for a while? Maybe I'll try to catch you. Probably just going to forfeit the fee, ain't gonna happen.
