Dave and I did the up/down pipe install and cobb reflash last nite. No jacking the motor up to get the up pipe out, plenty of room. The plastic tray underneath was no fun when its wet and muddy. Much much easier than wrx. Mission accomplished in 3 hours by two posers! The power difference down low and in the mid range is astonishing.
Stage 2 on the LGT is a wonderful thing. Even just Stage 0 or 1 is almost a requirement for the LGT to get it running right. Did you do a TBE with that or anything?
This coming from a person that doesn't even know how to set-up a road dyno? according to another post you made earlier this week you've been trying to set that up for a couple months. You are the captain for the fail boat. In fact, you own the fail boat. btw- his torque will make you and your little stage 2 dented fail boat of a car run for the nearest corner and quiver.... Good day to you sir!
I was a about even run with Subiedave @ 60, although he is only stage 1 . Once again I need to sell my car!
pics and tbe I will get a pic or two up. I switched wheels this year and the combination of the red car/35% tint/time attack OZ's make the car very easy on the eyes IMO. TBE=Lachute downpipe, stock mid/exhaust. Chet, Chet, Chet...I already have 3 teenagers of my own at home
I think I saw that legacy on 494 in traffic yesterday. Was following a black 04-05 wingless wrx with black wheels and chrome/polished lip.
you were in the black 04-05? Well...your username seems to make no sense! If that was your car...what exhaust do you have, I want!
I was in the red LGT. Also own a 03 silver wrx. Daves car is the black one you saw and I believe he has a cobb exhaust.
