I made a custom google map based off of the list here http://www.holidaystationstores.com/E85.aspx http://www.afdc.energy.gov/locator/stations/ It is located here https://mapsengine.google.com/map/edit?mid=ztB-H9nUQloU.koL9WUH4tS5A If you save the map you can view it on your smartphone by downloading the google map engine app. Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.m4b&hl=en Iphone: Might have a 3rd party app. If you know of any ones that are not on the the list feel free to post up here and I will add it. If there is another list out that is better than mine, post up here and I will use that one "Holiday Stationstore" - Holiday locations that were found on google maps that have e85 "Gas Station #0000" - Stations that were listed somewhere (that have e85) that were not found on google maps Edit: Updated with Superamericas, kwik trips, and other stations from Surly's site
I wanted a solution that would work on my phone with google maps. Good link though. Ill try to add what I can from there.
Doubt this would work with Google Maps (never tried) but I used to use this source to look up stations: http://www.cleanairchoice.org/E85InCounty.asp?State=MN
since this question would be on topic with this post I though id ask. Has anyone ever tried E85 in a non flexfuel car?
You have much to learn, young padawan. Yes, it is quite common for people seeking more power to run E85. Start here: http://www.iwsti.com/forums/2-5-lit...02239-everything-you-need-know-about-e85.html
it doesnt work in google maps, but it does work in google maps engine app (as i outlined in my first post) I didnt know there is an import function on gmaps. Or are you talking about my custom map?
Do you guys know when they usually switch over E85 to winterblends? I'm debating if it's worth it to switch over to E85 now or just wait until next spring.
Do you know of any stations in the Twin Cities that use winter blends with "higher than average" ethanol content in their winter blends? I am mostly getting 64-66% ethanol but I used a Hyvee station in Rochester on a near empty tank and got 70%! Weather is warming up and hopefully they ll switch back to summer blends soon but just wondering.
I stick with Holiday. Less concerned with "higher than average" content and more concerned with "reliable average". Holiday is decently close to actual 85 in the summer, and is usually consistent between stations at any given point in time.
