Sure, I could go get Motul RBF 600 at a bike shop, but it's not blue. Anywhere I can get ATE Super Blue brake fluid locally? Western Suburbs are better. I got my SS Lines in today, and I realized I have less than a Liter on hand in the garage. Thanks, -Greg
I believe Courtney Truck Service in Eden Prairie has it in stock. If not, Apex SPG in Oakdale carries it. Stuart.
I got mine from Diversified Cryogenics, they've got special pricing for us too. They're great guys to work with, they're down in Burnsville right next to Burnsville Pistol Range.
Frozen rotors/Deversified cryo. They do all the brake group buys for us. They give us killer pricing. IIRC it is $12 for the can and you can do 2 cars with it. Russ
FYI: Sears Imported (Minnetonka BMW) doesn't carry it. I didn't try Motorwerks. I remembered that Orr Autosport (A BMW-only shop out in Eden Prairie where I get most work done, 952-922-1797) usually keeps it in stock. I called them and said I was on my way before I read the forums, this morning. Next time I'll run by Frozen Rotors and pick it up, there. Thanks for all the input.
Yes, for sure, next time I'll get it from Frozen Rotors... I paid $25 a Liter. Also, I have Stainless Steel Lines for a Legacy SS with Drums in the rear. My Legacy SS has rotors in the rear. This sucks. My new lines will be here Friday at the earliest. At least I have everything ELSE ready to go.
Every Motorcycle shop of any decent size I've been to has it in stock. Check the bigger sportbike shops.
I ran it in my 02 WRX. Then I tried ATE SuperBlue and haven't looked back. Seriously, for the price the ATE is just as good if not better. Motul generally runs about double the ATE.
