We went through this over last winter for our youngest (25) and ended up buying a one owner 2011 Outback (120k) with the desired hard to find six-speed manual. They rarely came up for sale and at the time he bought this one, there were only two for sale in the state. We had to "kiss a lot of frogs" as they say before finding a good one relatively close...in Fergus Falls! Well worth the time, effort, and energy.
