Need some input here. So this morning I checked my oil after the car was warmed up to temp. and the oil level was really low. I use Amsoil for my oil with an OEM Subaru filter and I have a stage 2 setup. The oil was only changed 1500 miles ago. Any reason for why the oil got so low this quick? I've always used Amsoil and this has never happened before.

For one you should check your oil cold. 2, do that and see what happens. It takes a good 3-5 mins for the oil to run back to the pan, so the level will be incorrect if the car was just running.

This. Make sure you're comparing apples to apples. Having just gone through this, advice I received was first make sure I'm accurately measuring everything, as just discussed. If definitely losing oil, how much? Pull the intercooler to check for excessive blow by. Compression test if it's confirmed suddenly losing more oil than you're used to.

I guess you could say I am losing more oil than I'm used to since I did change my oil only 1500 miles ago.
I'll try and check my oil tonite when I leave work and see what the level is at since the car will have been sitting for a good 6+ hours.

If you checked your oil with the engine running it's going to look like you're low on oil. Check it cold before you worry about losing oil, odds are you're just fine.
