Lower arm bar worth it???

    alright im looking at getting a lower arm bar for the sti and was wondering if any of you guys have one or have any opinions on thing. I dont want to throw money away at something that will do nothing so any input would be appreciated. Mods on the car are just springs and sways.

    i have an H-Brace and I can say it did nothing.
