I bought a bunch of these subaru parts from this guy and it came with 3 Gauges (2xboost, egt). So I am hooking up one of the boost gauges and I had a diagram that told me what 4 wires I need for the power/light/ground/etc source. I turned the ignition on it sweeps zero's out and stays there. I put all my vacuum line in and attach the sender unit to the vacuum and then to its main supply. Now when I turn the car on it sweeps, zero's, jumps back to 30PSI and sits there. Could it be the sender that is my problem? Because if I unplug it, it stays at zero once it is plugged in it jumps to 30. Or am I pushing 30psi at idle?... :dodgy:
sounds like a sender isse have u tried the sender with ny of the the other guages to double check or is it a different plug style
I tried the other boost gauge and it still sweeps and jumps right to 30psi... Now I have to find Mad dad's number.
