This great customer had to drop by for some quick touch-ups. His stock turbo inlet was leaking so he upgraded to an aftermarket silicone unit.



We highly suggest a re-tune after any engine modification! He was in and out in an hour.​

All of our fabricated manifolds are precision Tig welded and of course back purged as shown here.

So today I caught Dan in the act of taking this freshly resurfaced cylinder head off the machine.



Don't forget; we do all of our boring, honing,and resurfacing in house! No middle man to worry about in our engine builds!​

 

Now that warm season is coming, I'm sure the daily update will more often than not be something on the dyno. So... on with today!

So here's some behind the scenes for ya! The band saw is a key player in the fabrication department!

We cut many of our precise fitting pieces with this handy machine. Not sure we could do it without it!​

 

Today we did a little install on our EVO X. We swapped the stock springs out for the Swift Sport Springs!




They provide a modest drop, very straight forward install, and smooth ride!​

Another EVO X in the shop today for a spring install. This one got a set of Eibach Sportlines.

We had this 2007 Mustang GT in the shop this morning for three baseline pulls. It will be getting a few mods then brought back in for tuning later.

This VERY clean 2003 GTi was on the dyno today. I sure love those wheels!

Some more dyno action. This one has been fighting Jordan. Definitely a software issue, hopefully we can get it sorted out soon! It made over 500whp the last time we tuned it though.

I hope you don't have spooning in mind. LOL How can I trust that you guys know what you're doing if we've never seen you produce one? Last time I was there I was quoted 9 hours to install a hydraulic Hand brake. I already have a car setup for the road course, what can you offer?

 

How will we ever be able to prove what we can do if no one gives us the chance? I am confidant that my fab guys, techs, and tuner can accomplish anything you could throw at them!

As for what I can offer, state of the art port work, custom built manifolds for a free flowing and responsive turbo set up, coatings to help keep your car cool under long periods of high load, chassis work, and much much more.

And as for quoting to install the hydraulic brake, it is an item that takes time to properly install and bleed the system. Not to mention getting the actual brake mounted, and if it was a full interior car it takes more time.

Thanks Daelen, that's great if I was looking for a project, but my project is already done. All I need is to figure out how to shave off another 2 seconds off my time.

 

A little port work, some cooler temps, and a little more boost couldn't hurt

This thread is for us to show the work we do, and the products we sell for all customers to see. If you feel extra HP won't make your track times faster I am sorry but we can't help you.

I have no idea how you car is setup, who built it, what products are used or who tuned it. I have nothing bad to say about other local shops or tuners all I can do is let our work speak for itself. Unfortunately we do not see to many track only cars / builds as the majority of our customers are more of the weekend warrior type.

Here's a customers SRT-4 getting a long list of goodies. A new MAP built 2.4, a new tranny, exhaust, suspension, etc etc etc. From big to small, we do it all.

It takes some big meats to get a car in the 8's. These bad boys lay the HP to the pavement.

Just for size reference I threw a 17 inch SRT-4 wheel next to these things.

In here today we had this built 2.0l making 500+HP.

Jordan had this bad boy tuned and on the street in no time!!!

Damn I love my job! Getting to be around these cars is making my wallet get itchy. I need MOAR POWER MEOW!

In here today was a car well known in the MN car scene. I won't give away too many details don't worry.

Probably the cleanest 87' RX-7 you will see on the road today. The reflection on the hood speaks wonders for this thing.

I should have grabbed a pic of the inside, the interior was just as clean. Still rocking the rotary as well.

This is one bad GTO.
427, balls out, engine bay was super clean, fuel cell in the trunk, slicks and skinnies. This thing means business. I had really hoped to see this thing make a pull on spray, but it wasn't in the trunk lol.

I saw the N2O lines under the hood, popped the trunk and found this. Still picture worthy if you ask me.

You don't see too many late model GTO's with this kind of performance upgrades!
