Member Car/HP Survey

So I'm just wondering what some of the members have and are running for horsepower. Just the people with 400+ hp. And who has that much power. Or is fobia the only one? lol.

the 3 of us also did my first build over the summer. this is my second and hopefully my last with this car.

 

damn! congrats. wanna swap a sti engine/trany in my bugeye??

 

Um I have a wrx that this is all being done to. but tim could do that for ya alot cheaper and faster than a shop could if you have that stuff. now that he has a shop to do it in.

most def! i love driving in the snow, i hated it when i owned my svt contour but after pirchasing my suby... things changed.

Epic let down

 

Jason's car has potential to have 500 hp, but he needs to fix the fuel problem first. Dreams old car was 500 hp, that was a riot. KSAL's sti is right around 490, sweet rig.

 

isn't bikerboy's Lgt in that area as well? I need to find his build thread.

It might have something to do with the fact that your thread is basically asking the community if anyone else out there is as good as you. Just a thought.

 

You want a list?
1. You buy parts and don’t know what they are. Then when people tell you what you need to make them work you discredit them and say forget it and you don’t use them.
2. The parts you buy and put on you rip off before your car is even tuned.
3. You don’t buy any of your own parts with your own money.
4. You don’t put on the parts you buy you have other people do it for you and when people don’t help you throw a hissy fit and basically say **** MNSubaru.
5. Then you make a thread basically bragging that you think that you and Fobia are the only two people who have 400+hp. Fobia has built his whole car with HIS money and has spent tons of time researching it and building it for what he wants. What do you do? Take a credit card and buy everything in hopes that it will make power.

Nick pretty much hit the nail on the head. You aren't going to garner much respect here from the true car guys when you don't pay for it, do the research, and just bolt parts on. When a ringland on your stock piston lets go and it tears up one of those nice heads, I'm going to laugh my ass off.
