Anyone get to see last nights game?? The Wild was actually hitting people, and they played pretty damn good. I think I need to e-mail the nhl and see if we can get the next 50 games to all be played at home. I also need to e-mail the wild so we can get someone other than Rolston the number 1 star.

was at the game last night! it was a blast. it was fun to see the wild being physical on the ice. looked like a couple times there could have been fights. between mitchell and cooke. i liked that the lines are starting to settle down again. its kinda fun having ward and boogaard on the same line.

sadly though mitchell didnt pass the puck to us. i am surprised he didnt with how many tomes he gave the puck away last year.

Boogaard KILLED mitchell about 3 different times down in our end. It was a good time. Willie was a little pissed at the last one, so he goes out and picks on Butch. Kinda funny. I was actually expecting to see a fight or 2 after the first period, but nothing ever happened:(.

Yeah, I was there last night also.

I was hoping to see Boogard kick the crap out of Cooke.

I thought I'd give this a little bump after a nice 5-0 win. And get this. Out of the blue I looked for tickets for a game coming up and I found 2 right on the glass. Needless to say they were spendy but I have never been on the glass before so I jumped on the chance.

yeah, I used to get tix on the glass for North Stars games. You are going to have a blast with those seats!

Where are they? I really like sitting in the corners where all of the big hits occur.

I had to buy my playoff tickets:(. They better go a long ways into the playoff for what these tickets go for.

It is nice to see the team really start to gel, kinda reminds me of the 03 team.

If you need some help with those tickets you know who to call! I haven't been into hockey to much in the last few years, but Russ got me back into it with a trip to the Excel. Nice to see them so cohesive.

Its not that I don't want the tickets, it is the 3k price tag that goes with those tickets.

    ^^^ LOL!

I smell an upset of Anahiem!!! We got the offense, defense, goal-tending, and combination of veteran leadership with young talent!!!

    <------------- Watching WILD now!!!

Bouchard scored his 20th finally, and now Parrish just needs to get his 20th for the WILD to get their 6TH player with 20 or more goals!!!!

Did anyone watch the game tonight. there sure were enough fights, unfair unneeded fights, but enought. Those damn refs could not make a right call to save there lives....

w00t! tonights game was awesome. We needed a win not just to stay in but to get back on track, we know now that bryzgolov can be beaten, same with gieger.

i only saw the last 10 min but man we looked 100000x better tonight then in the past few games. it was great seeing lamier put out boogaard after joohnson got pushed into the ice. really put some fear into the ducks. it was also great to see the self control. booggie man could have ripped the ducks a new one but he waited for tehm to start something to prevent getting a suspension at this critical time, we are playing some smart hockey now.

GAH i got offered 2 tickets for the game and i didnt take um. (didnt have $$ for parking or time) but I WISH i had made it to this game. if there was ever a game to see live it was this one. what a rush to have been there. BTW: that Satriani song "crowd chant" we play when we score/win is FTMFW!

Those refs are out of this world there were so many weak calls. it was great to heard the crowd chanting BS at them after they dissallowed that one goal cause "there was a guy in the crease". game should have been 5-1 hands down.

I freaking loved the "boogaard" chant by the crowd at the last few minutes of the game -- and then he almost scored on the power play (you'll probably never see that again, lol).

And Burns is my other hero, now.

Well, hopefully May is gone for the rest of the playoffs. A sucker punch is a sucker punch. bertuzzi got the axe for it, so should May, or atleast allow May to play when Kim is ready to play. That was some terrible zebra work out there last night, and hopefully Doug was on the phone making the calls. The refs need to loose their jobs, just like they lost control of that game. Game 5 has the makings to be either a snooze fest or a trip to the hospital for someone. You can't allow people to take such cheap shots at others without doing anything about it.

One of the best games I've ever been to in the past 7 seasons. The crowd was loud, the Wild were actually playing their game and Boogaard was rotated in a few times. Up until last night he had seen 4 minutes of playoff hockey.

May will be suspended. He got a match penalty. if the NHL allows him to play after that, all hell will break loose. Boogey usually see's about 5-6 min a game, and he played in the first 2 playoff games. He will probably log a few more minutes on thursday.

I would think they may put him out towards the begining just to show the ducks that we are not going to back down... But what the heck do I know..

Yeah, hopefully Lemair plays more of Boogaard -- he's actually been playing really well this past month or so.

Hey, his assist on the first goal of the night last night is exactly what we needed -- somebody to win the 1-on-1 matchups down low in the corners, an area where we've been getting KILLED the first 3 games.

A game misconduct according to the rules only effect that game unless the NHL commissioner sees a suspension fitting. So far there's been no news of a suspension of either two Ducks.

I'm not sure if one will exist as the guys on Ch.45 had a hard time pointing it out on all of the different replay angles.

And May is seriously lucky that he won't get a chance to see Boogaard out on the ice for the rest of the season.....

so May is the guy who hit skoola and dropped him to the ice? that was horrible, i really hope skoola is ok, i never saw him after that. I was almost expecting lemair to keep boogey out there for the last 1.5min or so after that mess just incase someone started something.

I am interested to see tommmorows game. i am assuming they will start gegier, since they didnt seem to happy with this performance last time. this could be what we need. just a different body in the net migh allow more stuff to happen. and hopefully we have new refs, those guys are the worst i have ever seen. its almost like someone paid them off (cough disney cough) lol.

as for the boogey man: the wild wouldnt be wild without boogaard.

May is the guy who sucker punched Kimmy Johnson. He took a couple of cheap shots at hit thoughout the game, but during the Hall fight at the end is where he did he most damage. And I think a 3 game suspension is not enough. He should sit for the rest of the season. That is the kind of play that needs to be removed from the nhl, not the fighting. As far as I am concered, May's hit is not different than Bert's hit on Moore.
