I've changed the plugs and wires twice now. Still acting up, but not as bad as before I replaced them.

 

perhaps your coil is acting up, i have one you can try as well

never mind I found the problem. blew the hazard fuse and the turn signal fuse, a quick check of the horn verified the hazard fuse and a quick check of the windows verified the turn signal fuse...
