18 PSI where in the powerband? With an 18g on a 2.5L, adding boost only typically yields more torque through the powerband, as your tune is typically limited by the turbo up top (which is where you make peak HP). If you want to add HP, you will likely have to add some e85, meth, racegas, or some better breathing parts. To be perfectly honest, your numbers sound very low for that type of set up. I would expect ~280 WHP on a mustang dyno and ~300-310 WHP on a dynojet. What size 18g are you running?
It's td06 turbo plus my boost was spiking all over the place. I am pretty sure I could get it to 270whp on dynojet with GM BCS. I do have catted Dp and SPT cat back.
look at my crappy tune back in october (post 238) - 270whp - still put up pretty good numbers for a 2.0L vf39. I would think on the same day you would have had at least 15-20 whp more than me. you may have a boost or exhaust leak.
I don't think I have a leak, but my boost goes up and down during acceleration. I should have 10-15hp more if my boost was constant 18psi. I hope BCS will fix this problem. I think 08+ WRX are little harder to tune to run high boost.
