I was looking for Infineon Raceway the other day. Must be on GT4 instead. It would be great if they brought some of those tracks back. I might have to fire it back up for the DLC package.
I've started up a fun 520pp league with my old mnmazda.com guys. I'm pretty much on at least once a day. I'm looking for some local competition. I'm LASERBLUE135 (of course). I've always been a GT geek.
If we do it, it will likely be like last years format with one make races each week. Or some sort of theme. Though a "Stars of the Pleiades" series might be fun too.

I took a few runs around the track, I averaged about 1.28, I used a lotus evora, seems to be a pretty good car, but its fairly twitchy.

I'm 22hrs into the Nurburgring 24hr....I thought I'd try the new suspend feature, but apparently I can't do anything else within GT5 until the race is over.... Maybe next time.

OK. let's do 575 pp street. Front/rear settup only. Must use racing soft tires. NO LEXUS LFA!!! That is only car not allowed. Say 12 laps at suzuka circuit. See who's interested for... Wednesday night 8pm?
I just rememberd how much I hate that track. May I ask why no LFA? its really not that great of a car.
I don't really like that track either. It pretty challenging though. The LFA is unstoppable at the high 500 pp level if you can hold it together. It's really that good. That's why I threw it out.
I think I found the car I'll be using tonight. Its a bit of a lightweight, and its not quite up to 575 pp, but I think it will be competitive, and it handles like its on rails. Also the DLC is fantastic.
Next week we will run the new course. De fresco or whatever... Hope we get a few more people tonight.

I'd like to run as something on Wednesday night. 8 or 9 pm probly just open a room and say 10 lap race starts at 9 pm central and see how many people join in. I'm thinking low pp AWD only. Like 500 pp or less. Should get a good variety.
