Back in the 80's, a friend of mine had 5% on all window including the side windows of his 1970 Lemans(looked like a GTO Judge) AND he had the entire windshield tinted in 20%. He loved it. BAD IDEA these days, as it was then, but worse now. He drove at night with his high beams on all the time. People would flash him all the time; he would just laugh. That was then, and this is now. OH and before you ask, NO! NO I won't do that for you!
Last week I had my car tinted from Chris @ Flawless Front Ends (Great work!), and also had my Koni Yellows and RCE Blacks put on from NF Performance (Great work also!).. Before: After:
Wow! For some reason I thought 50% was super light like you wouldn't even notice it. Also having 5% rears to the front 50% was gonna look weird. It actually looks good. I'm debating of going 20% rear and 35% fronts. But I don't want to get hassled by cops again. Just might go w 50% upfront.
The blurry foreground really makes your car pop out in those shots, nice! Had to test out the panoramic mode on my new iPhone5 last night while playing disc. It's pretty cool as long as there's nothing moving, like that red Pontiac.

Drove up to Duluth, MN and then over to Bayfield, Wi to visit the Apostle Island ice caves. About a 1 mile walk from the car to the beach entrance. Then another 1.5 to reach the caves. Wind chills reaching -40 F. The rest of the set can be seen here.
