Mod day, March 5th @ RS Motors

pro-tip: they stay quite when turned off. or buried in a snowbank.

 

I've tried, I may or may not have lost one out the window of my work van and another may have ended up in a dumpster I broke down this week and finally bought a phone w/ proper internet access enabling me to move away from my home computer. I'm on call 24/7 for a month and the company won't provide this type of phone but, their system requires me to go online, log in, diagnose blahblahblah.

 

I'll be heading out soon. See you there!

Once again work gets in the way of my fun. Got called in and don't think ill make it.

 

^^^Sucks. I'm in the same boat, got my car loaded up but luckily work is on the way to RS. Gotta call service in and meet them there then i should be on my way.

 

Let me add that the two of us made the "quick" install turn into a full night event due to us going to the hospital from the hood slamming on my head and giving me a concussion ... Note to self: Hood prop not need on RS but defiantly a VERY good idea

 

Still waiting at work, no word from my service guy yet, any action going on down there?

 

i was adding coolent one day and the wind blew mine down on my back. next day ordered hood dampers.

 

Thank you Matt and Ron for the time and space to work. Boy was that lift the best. Thanks to Matt again for the walk by tips that helped made the install a success. Thanks to all who helped with my projects especially Nate (missed the screen name) who turned the wrench a bunch and had the necessary small hands.

This was awesome! Thanks to RS for the shop and tools, Matt for the advice, Dan for helping me do the actual install, Nate for driving me to get a hose clamp, Nuke for tuning me after, and everyone else who stopped by. I had a great time, and I'm glad I had all the help, I would have been pretty lost on my own. Car is running great and E85 is AWESOME!!!!!

Thanks guys! I didn't get to show up til later in the day but it was nice to see a few familiar faces and meet a few new ones. I even learned a thing or two about epic meals. lol

 

Dang wish I would have been able to make it. Sounds like an awsome time. Anyone planin a end of winter/begining of spring meet? It would be fun to get together for some photo sessions before all the snow is gone. Any one interested in that type of deal?

 

My work schedule got changed so I couldn't swing out to help... glad to see people got stuff done.
