This is a nice looking ride! FYI, if you are going to autocross at any of the MAC or Met council events, E85 is now an illegal fuel. (don't get me started, stupid SCCA) Sway bars will make a huge improvement to the handling.
Thanks for the heads up. Thats pretty dumb i know a lot of cars on it that auto x every weekend now they all have to switch to 93. But yea thats what i keep hearing is sways and endlinks do a lot for the car so if anyone has some for sale id be interested.
Sway bars (and endlinks) definitely should be in the top 5 upgrades for any hatch owner. They definitely make a difference.
Another project of mine. 62 ford falcon. Put a roof on it last week. Plenty of custom metal work to comr. Custom front rnd, extend the front fenders downward. Custom rear valance with bumper. Lots of work!
I double checked the rules, E85 is only illegal for ST classes in non-flex fuel vehicles. Street Prepared, Street mod, etc...E85 is still legal. Not sure if you're an autox'er or not but let us know if you have questions on classing. And good luck on the falcon project as well!
Yea i auto x once this year and it was a blast. Going to do more next summer. Also thats the plan with the falcon is to finish it amd run the goodguys circut
