so i have been thinking about making the dive for my next mod for quite some time now and i have finally decided to take the jump. so heres the plan.

i am purchasing power fc and the datalogit tuning software, along with some 550cc injectors. with my engine being older i will need to modify some fuel rails to work with the injectors.

so i just need to round up the last of the items i need and get the car to the cities to do a little work to it, and get it to whoever i find for tuning it.

i will be taking pics of the fuel rail mods and so on, and updating on what i end up with for power after tuning. so i want to thank in advance anyone who will be helping me out in the near future with my project

lol, yeah that was actually the last straw, the gas station where i get gas stopped carrying my 98 octane, and i don't feel like mixing $6/gal 110 all the time  and yes i am getting tuned on pump gas so no more turning the boost down when i go somewhere that doesn't have my normal gas

nope no manual's, just an auto and rear diff and a 2.2, i still have everything else for the manual swap though(shift linkage, pedals, driveshaft, and everything else but a tranny.)

Well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it wasn't a very good day for my car. first off my clutch started to slip at 12lbs. of boost while josh was tuning the car yesturday, no big deal really i just need to pick up a stronger disc. BUT i went to pick the car up today and it was running fine they pulled it outside and josh went to pull it back inside and Nothing!!!! the car wont run the ecu doesn't seem to have any power, neither the pfc or the stock ecu will make anything work.

So i have no idea what the hell happened and now the problem has to be traced out which will definitely be a pain in the ass. so i have no idea how long it will take to fix the problem :emo:

Bummer man. Wiring gremlins can make you pull your hair out, then resort to heavy doses of alcohol.

ok i did a little trouble shooting with one of my other cars today to see if i could replicate what my car is doing and i got one thing to match up identically with my problem.

there is one of the green 30amp fuse the square kind (sbf2) i believe that i pulled out and the same symptoms, no check engine light, no ecu power, no start, no spark etc. i think i looked at all of the fuses but those are harder to tell if they are blown or not.

now i took out every relay i could find one at a time and checked the symptoms and that one fuse was the only one that i could get to match up.

i also looked at some of my wiring diagrams just now and it looks like the fuse is directly tied in with the main relay and other items that are very important in getting the car to start.
