I'm a little more sore today. I'm heading to urgent care now. They open at 8. I have a bruise/lump on the side of my leg. That was the first thing to hurt last night. My lower back to the right is better this morning, but my neck is quite a bit more sore.

They took x-rays and looked at the bruises. They said I'll live.

Nah, still gonna sell that too. I wanted to drive the 'paid off' Subaru and sell the Evo. Get rid of the Evo payment and take the rest of the cash and pay down some of the mortgage. So, I'm f'd with this situation.

Glad to know you are doing well. Do make sure all your major/minors injuries are addressed (just like everybody mentioned above ^).

What year Evo are you selling? Is it the gray 2005 MR on Carsoup?

It is done... The WRX is in 98% stock form. It will be leaving me with the Grimspeed up-pipe and the Prodrive springs. Neither of them would come off without a fight. I didn't even try.

    I managed to remove...

    17" rotas with Kumho tires
    Aftermarket stereo, ipod adapter, sub
    Subaru armrest extension
    Drawtite hitch
    Subaru 4 pots
    Frozen Rotors
    Kartboy shift knob
    Kartboy hanger
    Grimmspeed antenna delete
    SPT heat shield
    K&N air filter

anything recommended by an insurance agent is going to be pretty much bulletproof, especially in court if it goes there. Good call checking with them.

Good luck on the rebound, I hope its a quick one

No, the recommendation was from my real estate agent. It is illegal for the insurance agent to recommend a place either repair for me or the car.

touche. touche. I hadnt thought of that. Not so bulletproof when you get hit for insurance fraud.

Head on is pretty safe. From the side gets dangerous.

    Good to see you're ok.

As for insurance, if you want your money's worth, look for comparable cars and don't settle for less. They are required to bring you back to a "like it never happened" state, whatever that is. Some lowball, but it depends upon the company and the individual people. In the end, they still have to give you enough to get an equivalent product. Shop around, get several cars matching what you lost, present the average value to them. Any associated medical costs will be included too. The only thing you pay is the deductible.
