Need help.

    I have been doing allot of searching around to find a good walkthrough on how to flush my coolant and refill for my 02 wrx. I mean I know how to do it I just want to find some tips and pointers that will make it faster and easier. Please post links or anything that may help :) thanks guys!

    Add a hose to the nipple on the drain stopcock... yikes...

    Burp after filling.

    Well technically that wont flush the system since coolant will still remain in parts of the block and heater core. I dont think there are any good (non-environmental damaging) ways to do it without a flushing machine.

    used too.. almost had another last week...

    ps.. regarding the environmental hazard.. as long as it is well watered down its ok... so basically however much coolant hits the ground wash it down with about 30x the amount of water... most coolant nowadays is pretty EPA friendly

    There is a tool that completely evacuates the cooling system and then allows you to refill it completely right through the cap opening without draining or making a mess. Very slick. I don't know if I would call it flushing. More like vacuuming.
