There's no minimum standard.... as evidenced by all the subaru owners still on here. There's def a maximum standard tho.
I like how they claim their "quadrozontal" engine produces "relentless power." According to Wikipedia that 1.4 put out a whole 58 bhp.
Considering that was in the middle of the gas crisis when even big V8s were choked down to less than 200hp, yeah maybe it isn't so bad. I do like that term "quadrozontal" though, lol.
