I just finished installing my new ebay intercooler. It took little longet than i planed but it looks and drives fine and cheaper. I took some pictures of mounnting points, they did not match good but little drilling and problem fixed. My OEM splitter did not fit nicely so I had to make some custom splitter. I think it works better than original.

You should maybe put a heat shield on that turbo.

I am working on it. I have Cobb heat shield, just need to make some new holes in it. Maybe sometime this week will get it all put in.

I'd put some kinda foam around the AC lines, maybe Scuba Steve can post up what he did.

It does not touvh the a/c lines. I thought about it before the install, but it cleared all my lines so i did not need to pad it. I will keep an eye on it time at a time just to make sure everything is fine.

It may not sitting still with no load on it but what happens when you drive it? Scuba gave me his strut bar that hit his stock IC when it was on, it has yet to touch mine I however have Group-N engine and pitch mounts to help the rocking of the motor. Just looking out for ya bro is all.
