New T-Shirts, Need Your Artwork and Color Ideas

I'm a little late chiming in on this one, but...

That car silhouette I keep seeing needs some cleanup-- the car is a strict side-view silhouette, but the rear wing is at a 3/4-ish perspective. WRONG! That just looks really goofy.

Just trim the perspective-view part off so you're left with a wing side-view and it'll be fine.

(for people who are confused by my made-up terminology: since you can only see TWO WHEELS, you should only be able to see ONE WING STRUT.)

 

OK I am way behind in this. We need to close this out this week. Any other ideas for a t-shirt design.... lets not discuss other ideas till after the t-shirts are finished then we can discuss other stuff.


Here are my design ideas. I am not a photochop person so maybe someone else can clean these ideas up. On the second and third designs the cars would all be at the same angles of course. Like I said I suck at graphics. The third one would of course be cropped around the cars. I just overlayed them so the idea was there.
The cars would be line-art and not have all the bumps and dots and stuff on the surfaces. The cars might need to be scaled compaired to each other. If we were to use any of these we need to find a person who can do the artwork on them. This is about as good as I can do.... well I could clean up the third more but I am sick of looking at them.

 

I like the first one, maybe on a solid colored or white shirt, with flat square MNSubaru for text below. I'm assuming we can use the mnsubaru title...did that ever get resolved?

The first one I might be able to clean up some without help. It just took a long time to get to that point.

 

I like the first one. When would the line art need to be done? It wouldn't take too long to do that in Illustrator.

 

Well I want to start the voting end of this week so if there is interest I would like to have a rough draft by the end of this week..... if there is enough interest.

Not sure where text would go or what it would be.

My other idea was this.... with the cars scaled and cropped correctly. The angles are not correct either but these designs are what I keep seeing in my head. Right now the layers are wrong so you can't see some of the parts of cars like you should.

 

Personally, I think that one is to "busy."

 

That is why this is not up to me. It will go to vote in a few days. I am hoping to inspire some people for new designs.
