Whats up guys and gals? Pretty new here, my family and I moved here from SoCal last summer for a job. I've been away from the Subaru community for a long time, but have recently gotten back into it. Currently I have a '08 Legacy Spec B that's lived in California all its life and it needs some TLC due to the fact it was my commuter in L.A. We are definitely missing authentic Mexican food so if any of you have the 411 on some spots please chime in. Thanks!

Yep, was going to say if you work in downtown Minneapolis, go to 6th and 2nd and try this truck.

I think from 11-around 2? I know they all leave before the evening buses start lining up.

Oh and they also can be found at one of our many breweries sometimes. There's a site to follow where the trucks will be:

    https://roaminghunger.com/food-trucks/mn/minneapolis/

There's also a place in North mpls, Pancho Villa, been there, it's really great.... and old Mexico which is in Roseville.

And you didn't say where you're located, if you're up for a trip, Las Margaritas in cottage grove is legit as well.

(My husband is also from socal, haha)

Oh rad. Yep I use to work in East L.A. for the railroad and transferred carriers so now I'm living in Saint Paul Park for the time being. I'll scope out that Las Margaritas joint this weekend for sure. Thanks again!

    El Loro in Crystal. Yum!
+1 to any of the El Burritos.
Los Lomas still has the best tamales in town.

    Oh, welcome!
