Hey everyone! My name is Tim and I just got out of the Honda game basicly because I totaled my del sol. Before that I had a 00 SI. I now have an 04 WRX and an 06 Suzuki GSXR 600. I got the WRX because its all around a fun car to drive year round. And I got the bike to go fast and race occasionally. I'll be on the forums asking a lot of newbie questions because I need to know everything there is to know about my ride. I will also be making a lot of discrete modifications that will make my car unique.
Good choice getting outta the honda game. I just sold my '99 SI. I was sick of wondering when it was going to get stolen. Welcome
Newbie That Hosts a Weekly Meet Hello everyone, I'm a newb! I know a few members on here (Bryan aka WRXPeed or Cob****ed and Will, whose s/n I don't know but he just sold his wrx for a s2k). Anyways, I drive a red IS300 with a turbo. You may know of it. I also host a weekly meet that is about to start here in MN. Hi i just joined about a month ago, i enjoy every minute of drivin in my 03 rex. I was told that you once you join you get club stickers and save money on parts and labor and was also wondering about the subaru meets. i just bought a remote start from a fellow memeber and the transaction went smoothly and i he gave me some good advice.
Hi everyone, I got an 04 WRX about 2 weeks ago. A huge upgrade from the Mazda Pickup I've been driving for the last ~9 years. I've been enjoying it A LOT and trying to learn as much as I can about these fantastic cars.
Welcome guys--Subarus are the funnest cars in the world, and I've learned a lot from other members in the forum. Hopefully we'll see you guys at Firestone this Friday!
It was nice to meet you on Sat. For sure go to FS. Just walk up and start talking to people. Sometimes it takes a little time but FS is a good place to meet people.
HELLO!!! I'm new to the Subaru scene hitting up University every Friday and Saturday night hopefully I will meet some of you there. First of all I drive a 2000 Saturn sl2 and a Porsche 928s4 with forged internals and a custom p1 supercharger kit pushing 25psi and 550whp. I'm posting because I am selling my Saturn and buying a 99 wagon hopefully =) I plan on doing up the whole deal not only to learn but to work on the car as well. Ive already talked to readymix, Fuji and a few others and can't wait to start in on it..

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum, and around for the summer. I came from Maine (we got a great subaru community there) and will be in minnesota on and off for the next few years getting a masters degree at the university of St. Thomas. Right now I am driving my 97 white OBS, but back home is my 2000 BRP RS coupe. I home to make it to a meet or an auto-x while I'm in town this summer. And I am hoping to be in the State for a winter and participate in MN's legendary ice racing! See ya, Joe
Hello all. Just noticed that after a month of lurking here I hadn't intoduced myself. I moved to the cities recently for a new job and picked up my new STI from Peter at White Bear shortly after that, and he directed me here. I shouold hopefully be able to make it to Firestone nights pretty frequently.
Newb Soz Just joined up on the forums and got approved. I'm just on here saying hi and introducing myself. Don't have a Subie yet but I'm looking at an 02 that I'm hoping to have within the week. Pics and info as it goes down...
New guy You all seem to have very cool cars. I'm a die-hard Toyota fan that just bought his first Subaru. I've always heard good things. I picked up a 2000 Outback and if it is like any other car I've ever had....many projects to come Looking forward to getting to know you all. Btw, what the **** is the [pm] button? I know I'm such a nub right?
I think I talked to you for a little bit right before we started leaving the lot. Good luck with the car and welcome!
swearing "earns you points" and the pm button is "private messages" which you've already successfully sent me one! look up the events page for all the fun stuff we're doing and sign up for the la crosse cruise

Hello everyone...I have previously posted some threads, however never fully introduce myself. I have met some of you, through my brother...yosmiley. I am not really a computer person, personally can't figure how they really work. Considered myself fairly knowledgeable about cars, but after reading some threads, y'all make me want to learn more. Currently have a 02 WRB WRX with a 99% paint peeled hood scoop, Invidia CBE, K&N short ram/CAI. But have the need for more speed and power. When first got car, thought it was nice and fast already, 3 years ago, now feels too plain. If y'all see me on HWY, please don't make me feel bad that I got an average WRX. Thanks. Anyways nice to have converse online with many of you, very helpful!
Hi everyone! I just bought a manual Subaru Impreza wagon, and I love it. I wish I could have afforded a WRX, but I figured I could still improve it's performance to my satisfaction. Unfortunately on the Subaru website I had trouble finding certain things that I hoped I could change with my car, and I'm kinda scared that I didn't do enough research before I made my purchase. I noticed they had the option of upgrading exhaust and intake for a WRX, but not for my car. I hope not, but is it not possible upgrade those things on my car? So far the only thing I'm really interested in that I see is the short shifter. Once last thing... is it normal for my RPMs to run at 3000/sec while steadily keeping at 70mph? It just seems a little high to me since I'm not accelerating. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated! Kayaro
