I've gone through a number of sporty cars and my STi is by far the most fun out of all of them! Welcome to the world of Subaru!
Just saw the thread and taking the opportunity to introduce myself. Real name is Patrick and live in Saint Paul. Bought my 2006 WRX Limited in August and just love it. I work in Golden Valley and my gf lives in Hopkins so I'll probably show at the meets from time to time. Can't wait to actually meet some of you guys. I'm guessing too that all the people (in subies) that I've seen on the roads that give me a nice thumbs up etc are probably all on here, in fact it's one of those guys that had a sticker that got me to find the site!
Just came across this forum the other day after being on nasico.com for about 4 months. I bought my 2004 subaru WRX Wagon about three months ago and it didnt take long for the upgrade to begin. To date i have installed a STI scoop, QTP dp w/electric cutout and 18" Enkei Evo 5's. I have alot more planned, but that all takes time and money. I am 22 and live in St.Cloud. I have seen a couple of STI's in St.Cloud but never really talked to there proud owners. And on Nasioc i never really found anybody from this area until i came across this site. I hope to go to some meets this year and meet some of you.
Thanks, so is it "Toms" old car or not, becuase i did buy it from Brooklyn Park, cause i have a couple questions for him.....

new to this board Hello all, I'm new here. I've been on the USMB for about a year. I drive a '98 legacy wagon l-series. I really appreciate the help offered through these boards as I don't know a whole lot about cars and I seemed to have purchased a car with an unknown history. For instance I am now in need of a clutch and recently learned that I have a cable clutch rather than the hydraulic that should be there. Good to be here.
Hey-oh! Hi guys. Bought my 04 WRX in May of 03 and the smile hasn't left my face even after 86K miles.. Just flashed the Cobb Stage 1 map --- bought the V 1 AP off of NASIOC classifieds. Very nice indeed! I'm impressed. I'm looking to go Stage 2 (currently shopping for a used catted Cobb DP) and am wondering if anyone can recommend installers. I'm in Cottage Grove, work in Brooklyn Park, I'd prefer some place close to either. Any thoughts are appreciated!
Hello everyone. My name is Sarah and I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am friends with Clark Turner and I offered to help him schedule the MN tune in May. I am origionally from Dayton, Ohio. I am obsessed with Subaru's. I have a 2002 WRX with a VF34 and Clark tuned my car and on 100 octane it made 300whp/400tq on 24psi. I drag race my car and I started a car club in Vegas with my friends. Oh and what most people would never know about my car is that it is an automatic (4EAT). Yea and at the track I beat all the m/t guys. My car is pretty much just a freak of nature. Here's a pic of my car: Okay I hope I have not scared you all to death. If you want more pics go to www.subiechick.com/pictures.html
LOL I hate road trips. That is like a billion miles away from me. If you wanna buy me a plane ticket I will come to watch LOL
OMFG!!! I just messed myself.... ...I want those tail lights!!! Welcome...and I encourage you to post pics often! I don't think I could handle all the photos in one session...probably have a sezure or something!:dunno:
hey wassup guys... i just became member about 2 days ago...still trying to learn how to surf the page... i was thinking if you guys have parts for a 01 rs???
Hey guys, I'm from ND and am looking for a wrx to buy and would love to find one in MN somewhere(except for the salt issue ). I currently drive a 92' prelude with 160k on the clock. Its modded up the ass but it needs to go for a wrx. So if anyone knows of an 02'-03' aspen white wrx let me know!!
Hello all ... I'm new here (obviously - or else I wouldn't be posting in the new forum) My name is Steph and I have a blue 94 impreza l wagon that I'm working on getting fixed up so it doesn't make a ton of noise. I am sure some of you have seen me on 394 or 169 though Kinda hard to miss .... but meh, everyone else's subaru is nicer than mine right now.. until I get a problem with the diff cleared up. THEN I can start doing things that I actually *want* to do on it .. was thinking of finding a sticker that says "My other car is an STi" for this vehicle ... so uhm .. yeah ... Hello, hello, nice to meet you all .. . I am sure i'll have insightful things to say in the future, but right now - and on "introduction" posts anyway, the mind has drawn a blank
WELCOME:wavey: Aboard. Hope you find this site to be helpful, fun and ETC. There are awesome people on this forum!

There's a map to firestone a few posts down in this thread. http://mnsubaru.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7485 It can be pretty quiet in the winter depending on the weather, but check the thread you can usually get an idea if there's going to be people down there.
Been using you guys as a great research tool. Just got my '05 WRX last summer and have been tweaking it. Just tinted my tail lights with the Night Shades spray, turned out great, but I had to spend alot of time with sanding and buffing to get a good shine. Stage 2 Cobb. Contemplating the next steps.
yeah i am a newb to the mn subaru forum. I live in Fargo, ND. on the border of MN. I own a 03 Wrx Wagon. Silver in color. I have a lot of performance upgrades. The forum seems really cool.
Ok so I'm new. I'm Cavan, from Saint Paul. I used to have a '94 Saab 9000 Aero: But then I chunked the tranny coming home from Upper Michigan after Christmas. I needed something to drive, so my Subaru-owning friends found me a '92 Legacy L FWD for $500: There's talk of WRX drivetraining it in the future. I'm not sure if that'll fly, though.
Hi Guys! I'm a new member here. I dont' actaully have a subie yet, but I'm definetly getting one as my next car.
