NF Performance's DCTC Event April 14 2013

Good, I didn't want Chong to think that I drive faster then "a grandma" .... 55mph, I plan on going 40 tops... 35 if Chong is in the passenger seat.

 

I'm gonna pull a Jeff Gordon on your butt, show up in a Granny custume just to prove you wrong. 55 mph only applies on the straights sunshine lol

We will be opening Registration very soon, more details to come. We really apprecaite the interest and support. We hope that this event will help bring the community closer and exchange idea's that will promote growth for future fun events. We welcome drivers, volunteers, friends, family and spectators. And if time permits we'll be offering rides to our volunteers and guests.

the way the weather is looking I would have to bring my legacy..dont think my impreza will be ready in time..so stock legacy it is!

Here's a track map of DCTC, the actual track design layout we're using for this event is designed specifically for our MnSubaru driver. Get ready to be challenged with fun.

 

Ha! My parents actually showed me this commercial and thought it was hilarious. They also want to come and watch me at an event and ride along...for some reason I have a feeling that they will have the same reaction as the old car salesman!

Speaking of ride alongs...will ride alongs be allowed at this event for non-participants...assuming they sign a waiver?

TMF - ride along's will only be offered by our Staff and Instructors at this event. We'd be happy to help entertain your parents if you wish.

 

Awesome, I'm not a diet specialist but I follow the same rule...moderation. Spend your morning getting warmed up, take your time to learn the track, check the car, check yourself and then after lunch you can put it all together. If you do it right and in this order you'll find it seemlessly effortless when you're trying to learn to drive fast, so I've read

the event is in rosemount, mn. not too far from the cities.

I posted in the payment, thread about sending the money via paypal as a gift. Would that be doable? I'm assuming NF Performance is a stand-up gig so I won't have to worry about getting screwed.

But seriously if it does rain or downpour does the event just get rescheduled? or we get to play in the rain?

 

Unless it's some extreme weather like a tornado or very very strong damaging winds with lots of thunder and lightening we will be playing in the rain. Wait is that what the Subaru guys are bringing.......

I always start my preseason in a slow easy to drive car. I plan to show up in the Prius. Hope that helps.
