This "20G" is actually a baby GT3071R with a smaller 68mm compressor wheel. Not a big boy turbo for sure, but after Nuke gets to work some real magic on it, then we'll see what it can do!
You could kind of call it a stock location GT3068R Not quite what the old TD05/TDo6 20G's were. Blouch just likes funny names.
Yep. Little guy did a pretty good job that night Any idea what Garrett model yours is based off of? Probably 700177-5012S or maybe 700177-5013S? Mine is 700177-5004S if you can't make it out.
I dont' know what model my turbo is based off of. I'll take a look one of these days and post up the model number.
I think it's based off of a GT3076 from what I've been able to look up online. Different cams may help. Besides that there isn't much else to do to the heads (I think). They have been ported, springs...
Don't tempt me. Seriously, someone needs to talk me out of getting a bigger turbo, I'm starting to consider it.....
Well...you can think about what I sent you in the email... Keep that on the low-low And oh yea, I wasn't done with it...Expect another email soon. Maybe tomorrow? hehe
^^You mean retarded^^ lolz. J/k brother, How come I wasn't invited to your retirement party? I/we still need to attend if first, you remember right?
Ben, you should buy the bigger turbo. The kid will think you are a much cooler dad... your car is WAAAAAAAY too slow right now. Oh and want to meet up for lunch today, hook up the bumpers and see if you can pull me around the Target parking lot?
Not really suprised since you were throwing that much hp at it. I am sad to hear this tho, as it is/was a badass car. But i know that when you're done with the new motor, it'll be moar badasser!! Best of luck to you with a speedy recovery Ben.
