3rd is overrated. It's the "middle child" of the gears. Just drive without it.

Yeah, the drive gear got eaten up. It made quite a racket with all those teeth in there.

Oh, so then he really likes it and you are going to suggest it for everyone that you work with.

 

It's definitely loud but I like it so far. Feels faster on the butt dyno, but I need to get some logs to see if it really changed anything.
