    Need to know the filter location on a 2.2 ecotec - 2004 edition

    Been googling and eyeballing for about 25 minutes and can't find it. heeeeeeelp :(

    It's a cartridge filter, not the normal oil filter, iirc...

    yep.. probably a 23mm socket, front of engine under plastic cover near teh radiator hose I believe...
