    Ok, here is the scoop. We need 50 paid people for Rooster Andy's to cater the event. So far it looks like we have 15. We have 2 weeks to fill (or go over) the 50 paid spots.

    Final week bump. We need to have a total of 50 paid entrants for Rooster Andy's to cater the event. If we can't hit the 50, then we will have to cancel the food and brown bag it.

    Well it's a collaboration of sorts. Russ is taking care of this thread, Brian has taken care of most of the raffle stuff, and i'm working on filling in the blanks since I was asked to help with the planning when it lost the MNSOC title.

    You know that we are more than willing to accept a few more raffle donations from t3hw00t hq's!

    At this point in time, we are looking at option b for food. I will have to call and cancel rooster andy's today since we don't meet the minimum 50 people for them to cater the event.

    I also do not know what plan b currently is going to be. We might just end up doing it cookout style. As I get more info on the food I will update this thread.

    - 2 SPT intakes
    - 2 SPT heat shields
    - $50 gift card for DetroitMotorApparel.com and a free shirt
    - Grimmspeed stuff
    - Special prizes for certain categories... (gonna keep it a secret until we get there!)

    If we are going to do a cook out I am able to get food thro the place I work at. I can get a box 45 of 1/3 burgers for $31 a case and would be able to have them precookd for the event and can get pretty much anything els that we would need for food, Its just a thought.
