    it was sarcasm.... remember I NEVER started this thread.. it started cause you went after me in my thread...


    so basically you can call someone fat and get all personally attacking and someone else cant say something funny as a joke... maybe Chris should get a restraining order like Bielke was apparently going to at bowling?!?!?!

    I know about the gas pump thing...but what is this oil issue that I'm hearing about? I've been pretty spotty on the boards until recently, so I only know some random things.

    I blew a motor last summer, it's happened to more than you think on this forum. Mine although had an oil leak that was covered by my warranty.

    What?? Do you read things before you post them? What I meant is others have blown up motors not only me ... Mike Wray, Jason, Justin ... the list goes on not saying that each one was that individuals fault per say just saying that they have also blown them up.

    I donno why you guys have to harass chet for not changing his oil. I blew up my motor in my first car for the very same reason. Needless to say I learned a valuable lesson, as I am sure he did. :roll:

    I agree with him, we've all done stupid **** ... and if some do more stupid **** than others, that's life. Who cares.

    Chet has always been nice to me. And some of you are just as stupid, if not more so, while online.

    I gotta chime in here....Chet, I'm not defending you, but people should know the facts....

    Chet blew his motor last year due oil starvation. the low oil level was due to the fact that he switched oil to Amsoil Synthetic. as many of us know, the first time you put in synthetic or a different synthetic you run the risk of losing oil the first oil change.

    In addition, his cam seals AND cylinder head gaskets where leaking like a mofo....(Paint a picture in your head of a calendar when you're draining noodles....it was almost that bad.)

    Was it neglegence? Partly. But coming from a Thunder Chicken to a highly senstive turbo'd 4 banger one might not know how sensitive this engines really are.

    On top of that, he just put exhaust on the car. New noises, new car, new to subies....Crap can happen.
