"Now at this point you might be asking yourself "why do I want a 14y/o Taurus." The answer to this is because its awesome. There is simply no better explanation. This car eats rocks and ****s lightning bolts. You do not want to drive this car if you are elderly, have a heart condition, are pregnant, or are allergic to testosterone. After some research I learned that the car's previous owners include Peter North, Chuck Norris and Dracula (not the gay dude in the 1946 version either.) The ladies love this car and the cops cant touch it - it's like Marlon Brando (except it only costs $1600.)" That is the most amazing description of a car for sale EVER.
^ yea all the turbo wagons were autos, but that deal is amazing, its got the nice wheels and of course, the motor. 5speed swaps arnt that hard.
92 SS 5spd, not running though. http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/car/567525070.html Owner says it cranks but does not start and possibly blown headgaskets, seems desperate to get rid of it...
Not a bad deal if it's in good shape, 5spd tranny for $75, no other details posted though. http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/pts/579405268.html
One of my neighbours is selling his camera... http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/pho/583620413.html. I know nothing about cameras, but I told him I'd spread the word. Stuart.
"stains around the bottom from being moved" lol... yah those movers, what a bunch of 'richards'... they stained my couch!
ahhaha damnit u bought it haha i was looking to buy that 95l hahaha oh well congrats.. ^_^ u beat me to it..
It turned out to be a trick or something. I had it all set up to meet with him, he called me and said he will be a little late, 4hrs later he calls and says lets meet in the morning. call him in the morning he says wait until noon and then meet him in some mall parking lot. call him again and he just kept hanging up on me. Drove 500 miles and spent 2 days in the cities for nothing.
01 RS for 3.7k, probably salvage though, but might be ok for someone who does his own bodywork http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/car/607395419.html
I'm checking it out, but I doubt it's legit. One thing I've learned since car shopping....lots -o- scams! Especially on Craigslist.
Its been there for a good minute... I've e-mail the person a couple of times but no response... so who know whats the deal..??
Probably a dealer (no front plate) asking below private party KBB? Probably salvage, but sure worth a call.
Ha, that's what I thought too! I finally win one. I just bought it. Private sale, single owner car, clean carffax....been serviced at a single dealer since new. Minor scratches and a ding or two, but I'm told very clean and nice. (I had a fellow autocrosser in Milwaukee check it out for me.) Too bad about the slushbox, but it's for my wife, and she can only drive with one foot. Guess I'm part of the Subie crowd now!
