so this is the wrx im trying to get i talked to the guys at that shop they sound legit im going up there today to talk money what do you guys think? is it a good deal what should i look for for problems with these cars?

thats not the name of the company im going through its called elite motorsports but they are in south st paul so im not sure i am going to go there today and check it out and if i find anything shady with them i am going to walk

 

yea after reading more of the posts on there i think it is the same guy his name is david also

 

they changed their name to elite motorsports cause people kept flagging them when they were called wmc, went there once he had a 05 wrx sedan and said all it needed was a little bodywork dont know why he was messing with the engine though

 

o man now im a little depressed i was really hoping to get a wrx soon

 

how fast can you run? OK, train to run away from this guy even faster.

They've had a few people get lucky and purchase cars without problems. But theres not many of those people. maybe 1-2?

 

i got a good one from that guy in '06
my first RS.
salvage title (rear ended), 107K miles, SRP, looked great.
99 sedan with a coupe wing.
$5k IIRC.
looked perfect, ran perfect, no problems.
only problem was is that he put carbon fiber lookalike altezza tails on it

even though i had a good experience, i wouldnt recommend buying from that david guy.
seems to be very sketchy with most cars.

holy **** thats overpriced...i paid $24k for a 06 with 25k on it almost a year ago and it had about 5k in mods....AND it was from a dealer..

Not sure on the price yet, but there is a 99 (?) red legacy gt sedan automatic that just got traded in at Bloomington Infiniti. I probably wouldn't post this here, other than it only has 58,000 miles on it. I haven't driven it, but the outside is in good shape.

Well if someone is in desperate need of an STi, that would be the only choice of getting it at that price. Dealerships Know that since the 04-07 STi are rare on the market, they price them with confidence knowing the car will sell. I almost bought an 07 from a dealership last year at 27grand with almost the same miles as that 06 STi.
