    Why not? My bugeye has 160k on the ticker... miles are just a number if you know the basics of a car you can make it run forever. Besides that car looks like the perfect donor for a swap

    Cuz a ticker with 150k is a ticking time bomb. I guess it shows that it has been driven moderately and not too aggressive. I'm sure it'd blow up the first week I had it... and then I would be angry.

    I asked about the title a month ago and he said he didn't know if it was clean or not, turned out is was "not", The car was totaled in 2005...

    Thanks for the explanation. Obviously it was a simple misunderstanding rather than a case of questionable business ethics as I clearly noted that the car was mine. Perhaps the easier and more productive thing to do would have been to explain your reasoning for deleting my post in the first place.

    That may be true. Problem is... a double post by a person with two posts really looks like spam or misuse. And as such, actions will be taken. You are more than welcome to hang out, post a few questions. Make a few comments. Let some time pass, build up some posts and you'll be able to post in the for sale thread soon enough. Hopefully you are selling a subaru and are getting another. We'd love to have you here. You'll learn (or maybe teach) something for sure.

    I'm going to go check it out when I can. I'm extremely cautious though. I called that kid earlier today and asked him if those were oem wheels and if they were, if they were painted or powdercoated because I couldn't really tell from the picture. He said they are stock and havnt been painted or powdercoated. He said Subaru made them in black but you can strip it down and it'll be gold = Fail. He said he only owned it since Dec.
