insane lane passenger?
Hey i came across this today while looking for a car for a friend.
someone buy this NOW
Why now? Its on CL for 2 weeks now (see my post above), I suspect there are major undisclosed problems.
ahh, i wasn't paying attention.
2000 2.5 RS with 61k miles.
Someone should buy it (and throw away the wheels)
This would be a awsome project or a nice beater for someone!
'97 Subaru Outback. Turbo Swapped - $2000 (Des Moines)
anyone know who's this is?
Damn thats a good deal.
Someone needs to buy this.:laugh::laugh:
Here's 00 RS blue 5spd coupe!
I'm confused. Body kit, but no huge wing?
But someone should buy it anyway
OK whats the deal with this car?? I didn't want to say anything till later but the girlfriend is looking at selling the 06 Impala she just got last year and wants a subie. So we started looking and we found a really sweet 02 WRX wagon in NJ for 9K but it has 105K on the clock. But now there is this!!!Anynbody know antything about it?? Salvage title maybe??
This one looks nice and clean. 2002 WRX 42,000 miles, automatic trans.
^^^HAHA I just posted that in my tread above yours!!! If its not a salvaged title or something funky with it i will proably pick it up for the girlfriend then have her pay me back with her loan from the bank. Then we will worry about selling her Impala
I'm gonna double post because I wanna worn possible buyers.
the car is a POS. I test drove it when it was in the toyota lot in brooklyn park. the paint is chipping, the body kit is falling apart. the exhaust is so rusted. there is some kind of leak coming from the headers, just a guess. the windows have issues rolling down, the central console is empty with wires coming out from all over. I got the dealer to come down to 4,500 but then I thought it wasn't worth it at all. engine seemed strong. My guess is that someone bought it for around 4,500 and then is re-selling at 6,000.
WEll i gave this guy a call and if he gets back to me im going to run up there today and put money down on it. So lets hope it turns out good!
Might want to ask why it's had a new timing belt at such low miles. Seems odd.
YEah it looked really good and it was a sweet deal until i pulled the carfax report. Which showed flood damage and a NY salvage title and a few other things. So i think me and the GF will pass on this one.
Heh, sorry about that KSAL. I was reading everything new in this thread, but I did not click the link , so I went ahead and posted a nice Impreza and went to bed. I wish I had the money for this, but I prefer a manual anyhow.
Just found sumthin' else. Posted on the 14th, Wednesday.
*Shakes fist* at lack of monies.
no ones posted this yet?
99 Subaru Impreza RSTI Conversion - $15850 (Alexandria MN)
that car has been floating around on CL for a while... it was originally in duluth. I wonder if someone bought it and is now trying to sell again. The ad looks different than it did a few months back. also, if I recall, it was for 15,500 before.
^ powerlabs old car. seems like its getting passed around. Something must be wrong. I think its a jdm v7 swap or something like that... hmmm. Tempting but I rather get something thats driveable.
This is my car for sale. I didn't get around to posting on the forum, I've been a lurker here in the past. The car is a V.8 block with all forged internals. It is very driveable and it drives VERY fast. There are no issues with the car, I am selling it because I am losing garage space.
It certainly looks like a nice ride. Looks aggressive, but a bit of a sleeper also, as it will probably give my STi a run for its money. :eek3: good luck with the sale.
I almost purchase this car ......Beware this car odm has been rolled back 20,000...!!!!
It also lied about the rust, it has rust over rear fender well and roof line area!!!
These could be a good deal, depending what kind of wheels they are.
For those of you who were looking for a trailer hitch. This isn't a bad price for a brand new one. AFAIK 1993-2007 imprezas all use the same hitch.
someone find me a cheap suby dd lol (auto?!). sti is turning into a project car
Here ya go. Very nice looking wagon.
yea i was just looking at that one - that's about what I'm looking for
Not a subaru but could be a cool project. A nice vr6 turbo swap candidate.
Here's another one for ya Carl.
blah.. I just typed in the wrong thread. Sorry guys!
Is this a scam? note the phone# is missing one digit
rallycross car anyone? Anyone wanna go halfsies on this?
if anyone comes across a cheap engine stand please let me know!! thanks a ton!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They're like $50 new, how cheap do you need?
If you just need it fr a little while, I've got one you can borrow. Decent quality one too, with 4 wheels instead of 3 so it doesn't try to flop over every time you move it.
A stripped Justy can go like a bat outta hell around a rallyx course. Jim Cox used to run an old FWD Justy that was missing most of the body panels (that hatch is heavy!) and it was like watching a kart rallycross.
serously that cheap huh? never shopped for one before. thx and nevermind on the request then.
Seriously, I got my 1.5 ton cherry picker and an engine stand for I think $150 from Northern. I sold that engine stand for $20, because I needed two briefly, so I bought a better one for like $75 and kept it.
Harbor Freight has one for $50. I think Northern's are usually more, but often on sale.
2006 Impreza WRX for decent price $13,xxx consider it's prior salvage. I found it on Autotrader.com, I just thought I share it. I know it's not from Craigslist.
