    There was a significant change.

"The gears are changed to RA-width gears (1 mm increase in size) to increase durability of the transmission. There is also a valve that prevents “drop-clutch” starts in an effort to reduce the number of shattered gear boxes from abusive AWD launching."

Clutch delay valve/clutch damper. Just deleted that off my car. I wouldn't consider it significant. An extra mm of metal is nice.

Wouldn't it still be a reasonable price if the body is in as good of shape as the ad leads the reader to believe?

I guess it would depend on what sort of work it needs.

Amazing how people try to sell things with such poor ads.

I've found bad ads don't necessarily mean bad product... Just need to see for yourself. :) Got a great deal on tires a while back... I think the ad had less than a dozen words in the body, but the tires were perfect. Not saying this particular example is going to conform to that standard, but you never know!

This just listed a couple days ago. A good price for what is needed, or am I wrong? Great car for parts, swap, rebulid, or rally?
Is it too soon to call dibs on the bumper and wheels if someone from here picks it up and decide to part it? hahaha

Apparently mr $20k 2006 WRX owner isn't too mechanical. His car is sitting in the fix me row at the Grand Forks, ND Subaru dealer.

heh... To be fair, I'd have a butt ton of gauges too if I were running dom 4 with a bunch of supporting mods. Lots of stuff to keep an eye on.

Yes. Nissan used all wheel steering in the 300z as well. Honda used it in the Prelude. GM has used it on trucks and Suburbans.

Nissan commonly used HICAS ( High Capacity Allwheel Steering) in many of their early 90's " super cars" i.e. the skyline and 300zx. Really quite advanced technology for its time. It smoked other compareable cars of that era through slalom testing solely because of this technology.

Today you learned something new :) You're welcome

On my R32 (GTS-T) it was so hard to slide because of it lol. Not a bad system though and it steers such a small amount you don't actually "see" it turn.

I don't remember all the details. The history with legally importing skylines is pretty sketchy. Some are legal and some aren't. Even then, it's questionable. There was something about using crash results from one model to certify another.

The only car that was legitimately done right (crashed tested, bonded by NHTSA) and eligible to import are 1997-1998 Skyline. Even then, they only did GTS-Ts. Motorex ****ed that whole **** up after they got greedy by shipping all kinds of Skylines (R32-R34 GTS-GTRs) and faking the paperwork, bonding them as 1997-1998 Skyline GTS-Ts. Thats how this mess started...
