i set it to 1pm, but i can make it 12 if you'd like. i'll set it to 12 if no one else has any problems with it.

Thanks for setting this little event here for those with like minded palates. Pho isn't for everyone but those who can make it, enjoy and those who can't... there will always be a next time. For those first timer having Pho... it won't kill ya.. besides, they do have other things on the menu... or you can always bring your own cheeseburger and fries to the joint as well.

Lou, I'll be out of town for about a week starting this Wed... sorry I won't be in town when this event takes place. We'll hook up for a bowl of Pho when I get back.

MAn I hope you guys have enough seat for that place. That place is small as hell, at least lue have to seat one of those booster child seat!!!!. BTW The rice noodle soup there isn't that great!!! My opinion. 1+ for quang and Pho dau Bay... 100+ Tbone Crib!!!

 

Quangs is good and so is Pho 79, both on eat street. I like Mai Village and know the owners, their Pho is pretty good. Lue, I can do 1:00 thanks though.

 

sorry guys, i can only do sundays or saturday after 3:00. maybe next time.

 

quangs is a really good place. i like it there alot too........i'll make changes as we go then.....

i told everyone to posta time they are availble and date they can be free...i guess no oen did....we'll see how this one goes then.......seems like we haev more interest at quangs. I will change it to that 3 days before we go. If more are interested in that place. we will go there instead. but for now it'll stay the same.

I don't know exactly how to get to Quang's so let's meet at Firestone. I have a final exam until 12 noon. Lets meet at 12:30 PM if people would rather have it for lunch.

Hey, I'm totally up for Pho! Quang's has some great pho, but I've gotta say, Camdi's in Dinkytown has even better pho. Then again, I used to date the daughter of the owners so I might be a little biased...

Either way, get a time up for this and I should be able to make it. Would be nice to meet some of you.

alrighty... the pho turn out was okay. everybody made it in one peice and that's all that matters. the pho was okay... maybe next time we'll go to saigon's instead. we made great conversatoin, at my table at least. we all know there were some guys who thought they were too good so they sat at a booth, but the table was for t3h w1n! it was nice meeting the lot of you guys, but i still don't have names to faces yet. people finally met the impala driver! haha sadly, my car is still in the shop... maybe next time we'll have another event like this one. i had fun, eventhough someone skipped out on paying! ARGH! it's cool. good event! +1 for LVT... you're a good guy... i don't care what fong says...

 

Hey, yeah, I had a great time. Was nice to put some names to faces. You guys are all a real cool bunch and I look forward to hanging out with you more often.

After Pho we went and watched King Kong. The movie was pretty good, and we all had a good time.

Also, Dezavu, thanks for the ride man! That whip you got is suh-weeeeet.

 

thanks to everyone that showed up to my event. It was a great turn out and im sure we all had loads of fun and loaded stomachs. It sucked that we all couldn't be seated together, but we were pretty closed. Once again thanks to everyone that showed up. Will post up the pics for everyone that missed out to see.

 

What a wonderful evening! I had a ton of fun. It was great meeting with the members again in a comfortable place eating body parts of cows. I wish Mr. LVT would have planned this better and reserved a big table though. I had reason to complain.

So... what were the main topics in the other table? I couldn't get up to come chat because my girl and Mr. Ravyn refused to get off the comfy seats of our booth. I guess they didn't want me to wander around the restaurant.
