Official Snowed Lot Thread

It's all private property - bunch of industrial bldgs. Lots of narrow passages w/ semi-trailers opening up into big deserted lots, some harrowing 90* turns while going up/down hill (small ones, though), etc...

No people, but I imagine a little trouble could be had for trespassing or heaven-forbid if some property gets damaged.

No people or other drivers, though. Not public roads (except for a quick hop or two from one area into another).


On another note - crazy work deadlines and ice buildup in the wheel wells (really bad when it gets so cold for some reason) kept me from going out last night.


Tonight however ..... meh, may be more interested (got that work deadline slipped )

I'm kinda excited to hammer on it a bit now that my tranny's not flopping around like a fish out of water.

 

Too cold for all that abuse tonight, plus we didn't get any snow really.

 

Um .. yeah ... retraction.

It is way to effin cold out to be running around. Besides, my suspension is currently a giant block o' ice and I don't like some of the noises its making. Not bad, I'm sure, but no need to push it. Things get brittle when it's this cold.

We gotta do food & a stop @ Target - then we're probably down for some fun. Besides, later is better - less people out.

Though, if you guys get impatient and head out text me and I'll try to swing over.

Stupid old oil's got me a bit nervous though - I shoulda changed it 2 weeks ago but I'm waiting on someone for something first. As slippery as it is, though - 2nd gear and lower RPM might do it just fine.

Someone bump the original snow thread, the word "shenanigans" is really getting annoying, expecially when the OP suggests that he was the 1st one to think of it. NEWSFLASH, its been going on farrr longer then you have owned a subaru.
