    So .... anyone who's going to be there Friday wanna go for a 15 minute cruise down the highway with me and hopefully tell me I'm not nuts thinking my suspension setup sux teh gianormous balls (preferably someone with a little more experience than I driving/riding various suspension setups)?

    I'll even scope out 280 and nearby ahead of time for particular road sections that rub me the wrong way if somebody's interested.

    Sure... if you're there around the same time.

    The Eastbound left-hand turn lane onto 280N is my favorite stretch to test out new suspension/brake parts... 25mm adj fsb set to full stiff was an interesting one.

    I can tell you now just by watching you at dctc that it's either the setup (spring rates), driving style, or the combination of both that's not jiving so well.

    Sweet. I <3 second opinions. I can make a point of being there around the same time, too - though I think I'm also set to meet boomer around 8 for hoodies.

    Haha. I'm sure my driving style leaves a lot to be desired, but on the highway I'm going with spring rates, since I don't really slalom on the freeway too much (not saying it never happens, lol) or plow my way through EVERY turn (again, not saying it never happens :biggrin:). Not sure there's any more improvement to be had adjusting dampers, so too stiff springs is likely my problem - and its oh so close to okay, but just not quite close enough.

    I won't I'm looking at building the fleet. I'll get a mercedes or volvo wagon as a DD and the subie for my fun car. Plus the Durango is my wifes vehicle/toy hauler. :biggrin:

    And it is!! And its the bounciness while driving straight down the highway (certain ones) that makes me worried for when I may have to do the unexpected highway slalom.
