Not able to make it. Work until 8ish and then plans afterwards. Soo nice out right now, though.

I'm planning on making an appearance, don't have anything else better to do tonight. I'll probably show up around 8:30.

 

hmm, you two are gonna be there? Maybe we should go. We're cleaning the car out/up right now and will be waxing/claybaring it and then we feel like "cruising around" ... I'll let Jason know.

Not sure exactly what they are gonna shut down because 94 goes all over the place, so do they mean 694 up by central ave/94 exit there or do they mean east of st paul?

I am assuming, after re-reading, that you're gonan be screwed if you are from the west side, because you'll need to get around the detour to go to uni/get back on 94. If you can get on 394 you should be fine to dump onto 94, though. The traffic's going to be crazy.

 

sweet so that just means 169 will be backed up even more gggrrr.. didnt they do a bunch of work and shut 94 down last summer to work on the Cambridge bridge?

 

Yeah, I use that section of 94 all the time to go to work and see friends in Coon Rapids. It's gonna be shut down Friday 10 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m. from the 94/694/252/100 junction all the way down to Hwy 55: http://www.dot.state.mn.us/metro/news/10/04/23-I94.html

More bridge work this time, but on a different one. I think I'll be using Hwy 10 to 35W to 94W Saturday.

394 is being used as a detour, I'm sure it's still connecting up with 94 in mpls (why have it as a detour otherwise?)

Aside from extra traffic, unless you're coming from the NW side, and you use 94 the whole way from 694, you should be fine. The bridges they are fixing go over the miss. river, so I'm not sure WHAT that means, this story changes constantly, too. They should just provide a goddamn map so you can see what's being shut down.

so after using google since kare's site is **** for stories that MATTER, they are shutting it down to work on the camden bridge, so if you take that bridge in particular to get to FS, you're SOL.

And the best part? It's not even shut down yet. They are shutting it down around 10.

Emily, the bridge is out by 55 and 694, it doesn't affect 2nd ring city's like ours, cuz we use 394 the only people affected are those weirdo's in northwesterly lolville.

ugghhhh saturday night.... Big props to Fuji letting me test drive his wagon.. It gave me a grin for the responsiveness of his car for the current set up so far!
And thanks to (LBT)? and his cousin's (Evo) ride...the feel was IMPRESSIVE.
