Dam RAIN...

 

I just rode my motorcycle from a dinner with the insiblings back from burnesville right in the middle of it... hmmm not fun... tried to prove the Mythbusters theory wrong about going faster int he rain gets you less wet.. but alas by the time I finished my 25min ride home I was soaked....

 

Stopped by at the firestone. Did really look like many people wanted to meet me.

 

Yeap, i did at around 22.00. I put it next to the wall. I did not see your car.

haha, cool. when i stoped by it was not raining at all. and there were a few people, but only like 3 came up and said hi.

 

Really I think that you were at the wrong place or dreaming because I was the last person to leave the lot last night at I believe 10:40 or so.

 

I was not dreaming. I was there. I was talking to a few asian guys to the left ot the entire gang. I left pretty much right after the blown red chevy wagon and a black 2.2l turbo pulled in the lot.

 

I didnt see the blown red chevy wagon, maybe you should get there around 8:30 or 9:00

 

you probably left earlier. I was there at 10. and i think people were packing up.

 

I was there from 8:00-10:40 and I never saw you

 

That is really strange. I can swear i was there. I was standing for like 15 min right next to the white sti with that turbo in the fog light.

 

dont be concerned... they didnt lynch you did they... it was like that the first 3 (only 3 times) I have been... you have to go introduce yourself somewhat too.. of course for you it would be easier to push an greased up elephant up a flight of stairs then to feel accepted... ha hah a j/k.... get a car will ya...

 

I did introduce myself to people who were willing to talk to me.

yeah, hopefully i will have a car sometime soon. I am really interested in one members car right now.

 

Couldn't make it...I had a family camping trip to go to. I will be there this Friday tho! (And Taras, this will only be my third time there!) I'm still a FS newbie too, but I love it!

 

i'll be there this fri for a little while hawking parts :biggrin:

 

I will be there if the weather is good. I might even have a car to show off. But no more promises, but i hope. If not i will again ride my 250ty.

 

It'll prob be packed this weekend due to the "Back to the 50's" car show. But i'll be there.

Yeah I was going to ask about that. The wife wants to show up to see all the old cars. I think the sister-in-law will also be coming. What time are people planing to show up or what time should we plan on showing to get a spot? I got a feeling I will have to go there right after work.

 

What time does FS close? Not sure if I am going but in case I do. Don't think I can get there before 6 anyway.

because I used to get there at 6:15.
(but, like always, this is just a guess)

yes, will be packed tonight with the back to the 50's starting today. gonna try to make it down there after i am done at the shop.

 

at 5:30-6pm the old cruisers are already filling the lot.

I might be bringing the scooter if i can finish tuning it by this evening, otherwise i'll be working on it all sunday after we get back from lacrosse =[
