Eh just ignore them. But even that gets tedious. Wanna know why I am tired of the Firestone lot?

the lot is so small to me. and not to be a party pooper but i dont think its all that interesting to see just subarus in the lot most of the time. when i rolled past on saturday i was happy to see some Evos in the mix because i get bored seeing the same thing over and over again. i get more excited rolling through the unidale lot because its way more diverse. less chance to see two of the same exact thing.

i wanted to stop in on saturday but the lot looked too packed for my no powerstearing to want to deal with. id love for a bigger lot one of these days. but its not gonna happen cuz mnsubaru without the firestone lot is like pancakes without syrup.

Please don't say "they," one guy was acting like a jackass but thats it. Once we went to Porky's he kept the bullhorn away...probably b/c he knew the older crowd would kick his ass for acting like that.

Chuckee, what's up man. I originally told the EVo guys they were welcome down at Firestone last year, when we met up with them at the China food lot. A few of them came down, I think Kracka might have been the other guy. Eitherway, for the most part, these guys are cool. I don't know the story with the bullhorn though. But I'm sure they'll take care of the problem.

    Hey Jason,

We are dealing with this on our forum. If this type or problem happens again involving a member on our Forum, us moderators will be dealing with it. It sucks that we already can't get more than 5 Evos to meet up on a night. I personally do not want to be around if it's going to be an embarrassment to myself and our forum. It's even worse when it draws attention to people whom don't want to be associated with the obnoxious crap. Theres FoodSmart for that! Also, someone could get shot because someone driving by takes something said the wrong way. It's not like no one has ever been shot down on Uni before.

BTW we need to hit up BWW's again sometime! :D

Just a question.. Does anybody from Maple Grove make it to Firestone? I'm in search of somebody who lives in that area that could possable bring me something I bought! Thought it might be easier then trying to find the time to drive all the way to Maple Grove!.... Anybody?

why are the noobs worried about who is in the lot? Firestone has been a mostly subaru lot for a long time but no one sits at the entrance of the lot and tells cars they can and can not come in? why is this even a issue? i have friends that come down to Firestone that own hondas and evos. both of which have been down at midway way longer then the people complaining hear. don't worry about who is there and enjoy the cars that come. think of all we would of missed out on from flat top piston guy to that triumph turbo car.

Exactly what fobbs said. N00bs need to STFU for a minute. There is a lot of cool stuff out there, namely cars that aren't bolt on-city. Sometimes said people will stop buy. I've seen a civic and a MKII golf that will dominate anything in the Firestone lot. And guess what? They didn't bolt it on...

    was it glued? lol!

yeah thats my boy tony's vw. the car is fast and light. and yes the 90% of stage 2 subarus in the lot wont beat it.

i thought this thred was more for "who's going to be there" then " it should be a subaru lot only" thread.

huh? Yeah that golf was unbelievably clean. Seriously, the only wires I saw were the plug wires and maybe an oil feed line for the turbo.

I like 3.2L VR6 motors. They take well to boost. ;)

NOOBS need to get off the soapbox for a minute and let the firestone OGs make a point, if you respect us and our lot, then by all means swing on in!. don't park in the middle of the ****ing driveway, throw your crap away, show us respect and you'll be golden!

For general principals I am going to do my best to drive each of my cars, other than the wife's WRX, to Firestone and have a 9w waiting for the first dumb ass who says I can't play with the scoobies.

True car lovers don't care what you drive if it's done tastefully. By trying to segregate yourself thinking you drive the pinical of automotive technology... you might as well drive a teal IROC-Z T-top and put a Calvin pissing on a ford symbol in the back window

So I will see you all at FS in the first couple weeks of May in the Neon

No one was ever making it an issue, until the "OG" guys come in and start saying that we're making it an issue.
Like stated many times, no one really minds what cars are in the lot, we just don't appreciate the penor that was yelling from his bullhorn disrespecting any and everyone. Other than that, there are no issues. Said and done. Can we please move on now?!

sorry that one of the "og" guys had to say something to all the stupid ass comment about the lot. we have been there for along time now and now that the wrx is under 10g's used, it seems that we have a ton more noobs that think that its some mnsubaru owned lot or that they get to say who can come in or not? it bums me out how much it has changed down there all ready with all the stupid crap that goes on let alone now noobs are trying to put rules on the lot. half the people that are the "og's" don't meet up down there any more because of the new wave of people and stupid crap that happens. and still you don't see them saying who should be in the lot and who cant. theres always another lot to go to or go drive around. we are down there for the love of cars and if you want a subaru lot only start a meet some ware that is not a meeting spot for all types of cars.

oh and encase you missed it subiedave, here is the "No one was ever making it an issue, until the "OG" guys come in and start saying that we're making it an issue".

I understand everyones arguments. One reason i liked that lot so much was it was all subaru poeple there. I thought it made our lot unique?

I have no problems w/ other poeple coming into the lot but if they are not going to hold a certain amount of respect for it i would think its not a good thing.

Weather or not we start getting more poeple there, weather or not you think to many noobs are joining, Its still a lot and anyone can park there. I would perfer to see mainly Subaru's there because thats what i think that lot is!

LOL, I was the one that invited the Evos there last year. Chukee_R and two other guys. They had no where else to go, and their club was a bunch of flakes, I said "Sure, you can come hang out, there isn't any animosity, we are all car dudes. Just don't act like a jackass and we'll all get along fine."

And yeah, forgot about Flat Top pistons guy. That night was hilarious. What an assbag.

Too funny looking back on it. ******* left his buddy sitting in the lot as he did a loop of the block and then floored it past Firestone...and a cop. Nothing like having to return to the lot you just buzzed with your head hung in shame to pick up your buddy.
