is it an old school miata? last night drove a 73 jenson heely, leaded premium never smelt so good coming from a DOHC lotus flat 4.

A subie newbie question,
can we cook food and grill food at the lot at firestone?

 

thats a sweet idea. i'd like to know the answer to that as well..... (hmmmm 1/2 lbs burger....:yumyum

those miatas move around corners so well. to bad they don't have our AWD advantage

 

never tried, but we eat pizza there pretty regularly

 

yeah it corners like a dream, but its scary when the rear tires go lose unexpectedly

 

so when doing burnouts in a parkinglot its more fun then trying to do so with the subi, i get it.

 

haha, something like that. I dont think it can do burnouts (not enough power) but i can do dougnuts.

 

i was thinking of the offroading and all year round use advantage as well as the initial grip and grip in marginal conditions. but yeah, a miata would probably smoke most subi's in pavement handeling, their light weight and overall responsivness is hard to match (exept for lotus who imo owns the track)

At minimum, you're going to want written permission on this.
There are regs on how far a grill must be from buildings and maybe vehicles, but i don't know the distance off hand.

Does anyone have pictures from last night? There wasn't a big turn-out but there was still some cool stuff going on. Like the Line o'Legacies and some cool bumper stickers.

 

Last night I totally forgot to talk to people about the cleaning myths of keeping a subaru clean and shiny.

a better question is who parked a miata along the front, all the subarus were in the front, even that little toyota knew were to park.
