I reserved a room at AmericInn last night and they only have two rooms left so hurry people if you plan on staing there.
Looks like there is only one room left at teh americinn it can sleep up to like 5 people in it and come complete with a jacuzzi. I was thinking about getting that room if there are other who want to crash and split the room. Or if anyone else has already booked a room wants to split the cost let me know. There are a couple rooms still open at the Holiday Inn that are a bit cheaper.
I'm hopefully sleeping and eating for free that weekend... friend of mine lives up there, and owes me one for letting her crash here for a weekend... lol

The best compliment ever was last year on the way to LSPR when the guy at the Gyro place asked if I was skipping school. When I asked him how old he thought I was....his response was 17. Nice, huh? Mark's response was classic "She's has babies, times two." Even better, I didn't get carded that night at the ambassador.

I'm still hunting/begging for some folks to come help banner on Thursday, Aug. 27th. Shoot me a PM. Plan is to meet up by Motley Thursday morning around 9, then head up towards Park Rapids and go at it. Shouldn't be too bad this year. Extra bonus, hanging out at practice stage service area when we're done. Extra bonus, more sleep Saturday morning 'cause we don't have to get up and banner what we already bannered Thursday! If you can't make it Thursday and still want to help, we can always use more folks to help Banner on Friday morning. I still have to pick a meet up time for Friday a.m. at the Bemidji Curling Club, thinking about 9 a.m., maybe 8:45ish, so we can divy up the woods, get signed in as volunteers and head out. Amy
