Yes, but you know that he will never convince Mark to drink said beer. And isn't the point of the saturday night festivities to see which team can drink the other under the table?
more like, over and over and over - dave and i have practice. now whenever we need to make a hasty get-away we just roll over
Hey, hey, hey, there will be no rally talk in this thread. The thread is strickly the Meyhem VS Ziptie drinking thread. Russ
I am still pretty new to the OFR what exactly is happening on thursday? I signed up to work friday through sunday but was wondering if i should just head up early thursday morning? I have a room for thursday night through the weekend Edit Jagabombs jagabombs
there is a shakedown stage thursday for competitors if they choose to utilize it. I'm hoping we have the money to run it at least once since I won't have raced in a long time
I'll be heading up there Thursday after work to set up my tent at the KOA.... gotta love rally on a budget! More money to spend on beer i suppose
carl are you heading up wednesday night then? Is anyone driving up from teh cities thrusday want to caravan and or car pool? PS i will need to swing by the liquor store
There is a group of people heading up Thursday morning to banner the stage roads for Saturday. It's a fun, laid back way to get out and see the roads that will be used. When we're done we typically hang out at the practice stage service area or possibly watch the practice if I can get people waivered and find what road they are using, usually I can because he have had to banner it. Not sure about this year's practice stage. If you, or anyone not racing or crewing (I have to do that for team Ziptie, they have a short attention span), wants to help. Plan is to meet up at Lincoln Gas and Bait about 8 miles South of Motley on Hwy 10 at 9 a.m. on Thursday morning. Please PM for better directions or for more info and/or to let me know if you want to join the fun. Team Ziptie helped last year and then Carl took them all and turned them into a rally team, now I'm short help. Amy
hey, so can we help banner or what? we're registered and payed to race but I don't think that makes it official
you can call me whatever you want.... BTW- Don't look over your shoulder, but your boss is watching you post on here!!:biggrin:
I will see you guys there. I'm staying in the plumbers room and only working on Saturday. but HEY, its gonna be fun.
Yeah, we do. You know, if you do the math it is possible in theory that Mark could be grandpa to my kids. But with that same math, I would be a grandparent in less than 10 years
your son cracks me up...."Dave, Dave, Dave...where are you going?" "I'm putting this cone done." "But Dave, I wanted to put that cone down...it's my turn!":laugh::laugh:
so somehow a huge amount of the parts needed to fix the car were sent to Indiana by accident. this pushes our repairs back even further. pretty much not what i needed right now. i also cannot get the car or trailer home due to road work on the streets surrounding my house. another dose of huge ****ing win. at least we have a blue undented roof again (lighter than the old one too).
Crap! Sounds like the time I tracked an in bound package all the way to St. Paul before it decided to detour to Seattle. At least with tracking they know where it is. Hope it finds its way to you soon. Amy
Keep pushin' grasshopper. That's just cause you have so much crap, you have to give some of it away! Sometimes you scare the livin' bejesus out of me. That being said, I am old enough to be Amanda's dad. But that means I would have hooked up with her mom and I think I'm ok with that.
Same here! I'll be getting off at around 8:30 here in Coon Rapids. Wanna do a caravan? Plumber? You in?
yea now we have to try to straighten things using CPD1 bodypanels as a guide too bad the blobeye deegan was using (bartram's old car) wasn't still in the shop. that car is even the right color lol
