The Hakkas are generally goon until it gets pretty warm. The RSi probably starts giving up at a lower temperature since it has such a soft compound. My Hakka 2s run just fine even up into the 70s. I will probably swap out my wife's RSis over the weekend, but her summers are actually all-seasons.

I sold all my other tires and wheels, so I might end up mounting a set of all-seasons on the WRX until it sells.

Anyone still running their snow tires? I REALLY want to put the sticky rubber back on the toaster but it's still a little chilly for it yet. Maybe later this week once it starts getting into the 50's/low 60's I might toss them on. Anyone going to thumb their noses at the snow gods and put on the summer rubber?

Forecast this week shows only below freezing lows for tonight, so maybe I'll change over to summer tires later this week too.

Now that we're all swapping to summer rubber, we're guaranteed to get about 2" of ice.....

Good choice. Just ordered my Z1 Star Spec rubbers. Yeaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh

I wasn't disheartened running my bald Blizzaks for this long tho, they stick better than the RE-92s EVER did. So so sad.

Anyone who has RE92s is STUPID. They're horrible at EVERYTHING.

I just gotta say, I had almost forgotten how sticky these Eagle F1 GS-D3's are from running my Dunlop Winterforce M3's. I had put a set of springs on the toaster while still running snow tires and they made a nice difference. Now doing 70 down the highway and being able to slalom across a 3 lane highway (with no one on my side for miles mind you) it feels 10x better than it ever has. I know the big black brick doesn't handle anywhere near what any of your guys' cars does, but damn this thing feels good. Time to get some sways and a rear strut tower bar!
