That was a dealer-installed option on those cars. Pretty rare to see it installed from what I've seen. Based on this thread I believe the part # is 66150SA100OE (but double-check it fits your year before buying), you can see if you can find it online or from one Oak Leaf / Slidegood.

Did you ever pull the wiring harness? I'm trying to find a full non molested wiring harness. Also what shape was/is the dash beam? If you haven't sold that.
