Philips 40" LED LCD TV- $350

I bought this 6 months ago and almost never used it. Hence the sale. I watched it less than 40 hours total. I paid about $600 for it at Target. I have the original box, manuals, remote, etc. It is in like new conditions, absolutely no marks. Below is the link to the Philips page for the product.

wall is whatever brand Target sells, I don't remember. Same price w/ or w/out the mount. I am throwing that in.

 

If you change your mind I might be interested. I already have a wall mount.

 

I'm just trying to decide if I really need another tv or not. Location is no issue.

 

I'm very interested, if you still have it by the 1st, I'll take it. I'm moving at the end of the month and was planning to use the security deposit I'm getting back to fund a new tv so just waiting on that.

Ben, with respect, the price is more than fair as is, I originally included the mount as a "throw in," and did not bump the price up to account for it. I am selling it for $350 with or without the mount. That being said, I am offering this OBO, so make me an offer and let's see how far apart we are.

 

I'm still waiting on my old landlord who's dragging her feet on this whole deposit thing and is supposedly mailing it this week. I'll be bummed if she doesn't pull through asap but if you have other people interested with cash now, I totally understand.

I meant that you're asking $300 with the mount, and since I don't want the mount, it would have to be less than $300 (without the mount). Sorry for the confusion.

 

Ben at this point I can't tell if logic isn't your strong suit, or you're just being an a**, either way I wish you the best of luck in your TV search, I won't be engaging in a transaction with you.

I know you like to get good deals, we all do, and that you are a good negotiator, but I think you could be more respectful and reasonable in your dealings.

 

If you're willing to sell it with the stand for $300, then you clearly agree the TV itself is worth less than that.

300 is a good deal.. How a about you buy it with the mount then sell mount if it's that big a deal. If I needed a TV I would pick this up. Gl with sale.

 

I think you are missing the possibility that the mount doesn't really have any real value. Some things have a value of zero.

The TV is worth the same with or without it because the addition of the mount won't change the sale price in any meaning full way. It also doesn't really have any resale value either as there is no market for used mounts. Consider it free with purchase, if you want.

In the same light, if I sold you a PC and said I'll include a 20" CRT monitor for free. I wouldn't sell the PC for less as the monitor has zero value by itself.

 

Oh, now I understand. I felt the mount had value. You feel it is worth nothing. If that is how you feel I would be happy to take the mount off your hands for $0.

 

Willing to trade for a new in box laptop? Have receipt...

 

Then buy the TV for $300. If you did so, I have a feeling he'd give you the mount for $0.
