    well the tranny thing isnt going so hot. started in on it monday morning and just got it all back together tonight. guess what! car wont start now. something somewhere is binding. i gotta drop the trans again. hopefully the other TC will fix it. other wise.... school starts next week.... might have enough time to get the brat going????? also of note is that i missed up a fender while working on fixing the trans...

    sorry to hear about the motor justin, what happened? i saw the vid, was that when you started it up on sunday morning?

    One cv joint, driver side strut, dent to right quarter, and lots of bottle rocket charring....lol. Not to mention my dash now rattles like crazy!! There isn't a single bolt on the car that doesn't need a good tightening down. Still had a blast though!

    Hey Mixx...where is the casualty results for the 'MagWag'? I know I saw some fireworks or something burning on the dash in front of Justin!

    I washed my car last night to find two dents on the rear driver's side door. I can't tell if they are door dings (don't think so), though. It looks more like somebody fell and pushed in those dents with the heel of their hand.

    Yeah, I don't know what caused these dents -- it might have happened before or after the ice races. I don't see any burn marks, so I hope they weren't from fireworks.

    Either way, I'm pissed 'cause I'm pretty anal about my car.

    As far as ecu work goes, can't do it this week and maybe not even next week.

    I did witness a mortar going off on the ground about 6 feet from your car one night, but I'm pretty sure that was on the passenger side.

    Yeah, I was right next to it when it went off. Only got a small burn from that that I'll be able to buff out with the PorterCable. Not very happy about that, either but whatever.

    well as of today my car is back on the road. new tranyn is in, with the right TC and the TC is seated right. just gotta watch my fluid levels for a while and i should be fine.

    this new tranny seems louder then the old one, i think its partially cause i didnt get the rubber shift boot all the way into place.
